Spent yesterday in Memphis. Graceland was impressive for its indulgence. Smaller than expected, but boy, did Elvis spare no expense.

Headed to Sun Studios next. Just an overwhelming feeling…this is where rock and roll started! It’s even marked with an X on the floor where Elvis stood in 1953.

I hit Shangri-la Records and loved it. Tons of vinyl reasonably priced.

Next up was the Arkansas Record & CD Exchange. Wow! Thousands of pieces of vinyl. Take a look at those shelves. Very organized too! Picked up several sealed LPs. Clerk said it was happy hour and offered me a beer.

Headed to Dallas where I will spend the day digging for records.
